OR-Fab Jeep Spare Tire Carrier Featured In 4WDrive Magazine

The latest issue of 4WDrive Magazine features a complete install of OR-Fab's Spare Tire Carrier with Rotopax containers, for a Jeep JK Wrangler. The article shows how the lightweight, tubular steel spare tire carrier is installed, and the advantages it has over other carriers by not being hinged to the bumper.

The use of Rotopax modular canisters has also become popular with Jeep owners, as they save space and weight over older style Gerry cans. The OR-Fab Spare Tire carrier holds two Rotopax canisters, which allows the entire carrier to sit closer an higher on the Jeep's body, to improve departure angle clearance, while also carrying up to a 37-inch diameter spare tire.
