Performance Accessories Body Lift Featured In 4Wheel & Off Road Magazine

The May 2010 issue of 4Wheel & Off Road Magazine features an installation article of a Performance Accessories body lift kit on a 2006 Chevy 1500 pickup. The article titled, Better Off Road Body Lifts, demonstrates how the kit was installed at the Van Nuys, California 4Wheel Parts store. "One of the biggest advantages of equipping your rig with a body lift as opposed to a suspension lift, is that a mild body lift allows you to raise the stance of the rig without modifying the suspension or drivetrain components," says Ali Mansour, Technical Editor at 4 Wheel & Off Road Magazine.

The article illustrates how the installation was done to accommodate a set of Nitto 275/75R17 Dura Grappler tires onto the Chevy's stock 17-inch wheels. The issue is available on newstands now, or you can check out the magazine's on-line version HERE.
