The suspension system, #J4615 (2dr models) and #J4616 (4dr models) can be used with 37-inch tall tires and is manufactured from .250-wall steel tubing. trail master’s Flex-Joint technology provides superior strength and extended life over standard polyurethane and Heim-joint bushings.

This lift system is strong, but the Jeep’s factory Rezepa driveshafts are weak, so trail master includes heavy-duty front and rear driveshafts, U-joints and yokes that replace the factory units. The kit is also available without the driveshafts, kit #J4611 if you’ve already made this upgrade.
